Panel Weight: If using a gas Strut on a new application the panel or lid weight indicates what type of strut to select.

Regassing: Adjustable gas Strut are supplied at the maximum force the rod range is capable of. Using the valve located on the cylinder, gas can be released to provide the exact force required. If too much gas is vented, we can refill the struts with our regassing service.

Force Range: Gas Struts are shipped at maximum force. This can be reduced by venting the gas through a valve. Instructions are provided.
